Rainforest Zone • 3-4 hours hiking

Rainforest to Moorland • 5-6 hours hiking
As you climb above the rainforest, breathtaking views unfold. The Shira Plateau begins to reveal itself.
Across Shira Plateau • 3-5 hours hiking
Crossing the Shira Plateau allows gradual altitude gain while offering spectacular scenery. Easy pace aids acclimatization.
Acclimatization Day • 5-7 hours hiking
